A lot of blogs today and people out there are listing what they are thankful for. And rightfully so. I do wish though that I as a person would be more thankful, more often. Giving thanks should not be limited to just one day a year. If we step back and look at the bigger picture we should be thankful every second that we are alive, whether we be well or ill. With that said here is a short list of some of the things I am thankful for.

.. God’s grace .. I deserve to spend eternity separated from the Maker of all things, but he has gracefully and mercifully offered Himself as a sacrifice so that I may enjoy Him and know Him for eternity

.. My parents ..They have just done so much and provided so often for me, I will never be able to repay them

..Tracy Loi .. She is simply an amazing girlfriend, both beautiful inside and out, how she puts up with me I just don’t know, she spurs me on to be a better person, to be more Christ like in every way I act

.. My Job .. It really is an awesome job even though it is retail, the fact that I have a job at all is something I am very gracious for

.. Food .. I really enjoy food, not just for nourishment but that we can taste delicious flavors, God could have chosen to make us all drink our nutrients from the dirt like plants or something, so I am thankful for tasty food

.. America ..Truly an amazing country, a country of freedom where we are allowed to be of different political parties and opinions

Like I said, just a short quick list of some things I am thankful for. These things come into play in my life every single day and am extremely thankful for them and the roll they play. Below is just a little video test of the T2i with some shots of today’s meal.

Just a quick little test of the video capabilities with me new Canon Rebel T2i at the beginning of lunch. In hind site I should have played with the white balance more perhaps and really need to get Color for grading.
